Ordering Process

Use your own favorite digital photos to customize any of the items shown on the product pages.

1. Choose the item or items you would like to customize with your own digital photo(s).
    
2. Click on Browse to select your image file to UPLOAD.
    
3. Click the ADD TO CART button.
    
4. Choose either to Continue Shopping or Check Out.
    
5. Multiple orders of the same item with different photos must be added to the cart individually.
    
6. Make sure that your IMAGE RESOLUTION is at least 200dpi (dots per inch).
    
7. PLEASE NOTE: Do not send cell phone photos. They do not reproduce well.
    

 
Q. Can I send you photos by regular mail?
A. No. We only accept orders by email.

Q. Can I have text added on the product I order?
A. Yes, text may be added to any of the products. You will have the opportunity to add text
    at the end of the billing process.
    Please note that text will be sized and proportioned at our discretion.

Image Quality
Make sure that your image resolution is at least 200dpi (dots per inch).

Most digital cameras give you a choice of settings for image resolution. For the best results, we strongly recommend always using the highest quality JPEG setting on your camera. See your camera’s owner’s manual for more information on the specific resolution options and how to set them.
